What happens after I've booked?
After you've booked, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please plan to arrive about 20 minutes prior to your tee-off time and keep your confirmation email easily accessible.
Can I make a reservation for a private or corporate function?

What happens if I can't make my booking?
Because of the high demand, refunds for bookings can only be processed if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours prior to your reserved slot.
No spiked golf shoes
Spiked golf shoes, high heels, or heeled shoes are NOT PERMITTED in the simulator bays. Spike-less golf shoes, trainers, flip-flops, and bare feet are welcome.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No cancellation fee applies if you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before your reserved slot. Please ensure to confirm your cancellation either by phone or email at 'insert email'
Do I need to bring my own clubs?
We offer club rentals, and please keep in mind that gloves are mandatory.
How many days before my booking can I move or cancel my booked tee off time?

Clean clubs
If you bring your own clubs, please ensure the club heads are clean and dirt-free. Our staff at check-in will inspect them, and if cleaning is needed, we offer a complimentary service to clean your clubs before your round.
Can I get a refund after booking?

Is Swing Lounge family friendly?
Certainly, we prioritize family activities on Saturday and Sunday mornings. However, please bear in mind that we utilize real golf balls, tees, and clubs, so parents must remain vigilant at all times.
How long will it take?
We encourage speedy play. Each player typically takes 30-45 minutes to complete 18 holes. For a fourball, we recommend booking a 3-hour session.
